It is with great excitement that we are shifting Toffan Rhythm Projects to become a charitable non-profit organization. This will allow us to create more learning and work opportunities on a regular basis, continue with forward momentum across all the projects we produce instead of shifting focus when one takes over, allowing for sustained growth in our development.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR TRI REGISTRATION:

Because we're in the final stages of confirming our board before incorporating, we need to do a pre-registration this year so that our TRI revenue will be processed through our corporation, not our sole proprietorship as it stands today. So, this means you will register as usual but without payment, and your spot will be held. Once we're ready to process your payment, we'll be in touch to confirm that you'd like to claim your registration, and you'll be sent a link to complete your payment.

We anticipate we'll be up and running by May 15, but in the unlikely case we don't complete our transition before June 1, we'll still honour the early bird rate (saving $50) for those who register in the month of May.

We apologize for the inconvenience of this two part system, but trust your support in taking this next important step to continue building our work!

The TRI bursary program is available to any dancers that would like to attend TRI but are unable to do so due to financial reasons. Dancers may submit an application to be considered for our bursary program. Dancers submitting a bursary application should still fill out the following pre-registration to save their spot. Submissions are due May 25th and full information can be found at https://www.toffanrhythmprojects.com/scholarship-program.

Additional terms include that registered participants' tap shoes are free from loose screws, as well as jagged and sharp edges to ensure no damage to studio and stage floors. Agreeing to these terms states the understanding that participants with insufficient tap shoes will not be permitted for use.

Almost done, where should we send the confirmation?
